The Washington Parish Free Fair has produced 5 different Mile Branch Settlement Cookbooks. Volumes 4 and 5 are still available for purchase. They feature recipes from local cooks who shared some of their family recipes. These cookbooks are the perfect window into the tastes and smells of the Washington Parish kitchen.
