Fair Parade

Each year, the Washington Parish Free Fair throws a parade to start the week’s festivities. The parade starts on Wednesday, October 19th at 10:00 a.m. The parade begins at the intersection of Washington St. and 15th Ave. and ends at the Fairgrounds entrance. The Parade Committee Chairman is Angie Schilling Stewart. Here is a map of the parade route:

Please do not use the form below if you are planning on riding a horde in the parade. You will need to send in an application through email.

Note: Changes made to the dance, cheer and band competition due to increase participation and time constraints ONLY WASHINGTON PARISH GROUPS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE COMPETITIONS.
