QUILT RAFFLE
“Memories” is the name of the quilt that will be raffled off this year benefitting the Mile Branch Settlement. The hand-crafted quilt is a queen size and was beautifully hand quilted by Becky Creel. The quilt top was created and sewn by Sue Macias. Tickets are on sale now – six for $5 or $1 each. Margarite Lipani, chairman of ticket sales may be contacted for tickets. During the fair, the quilt will hang in the Sylvest Building and tickets may be purchased there as well. The lucky winner of the quilt will be announced Sunday of the fair at 4:00 pm in the Sylvest Cabin.
